Since Day One offers a mix of preorder, custom, and ready-to-ship items depending on the product and release.
Order Processing
Processing times vary by item type and order structure. Custom team orders, preorder items, and store-based products are not typically shipped immediately after purchase. These items move into production after approvals, order collection, or store closeout, depending on the project.
Preorder and Team Store Orders
Items purchased through active team stores or preorder windows are generally produced after the ordering window closes. Estimated turnaround may vary based on product type, volume, and production schedule.
Custom Program Orders
Shipping timelines for custom program orders depend on item type, design scope, approval speed, and production schedule. Estimated timing is discussed during the order process.
Ready-to-Ship Items
If an item is listed as ready to ship, it will typically be processed within 1 week unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Delays
Production or shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, supply availability, high-volume periods, or approval delays. Since Day One is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred for shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Since Day One is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
